CrossFit Abode’s primary program is it’s CrossFit program. A well planned and constructed program that promotes competence in each of the ten general physical skills, endurance, strength, speed, power, agility, balance, coordination, stamina, accuracy and flexibility. Our program is infinitely and universally scalable to suit absolutely ANYONE, regardless of age, injury, disability, fitness level there is ALWAYS an option to suit. Every session you will have a trainer assist you to ensure the workout is scaled for your individual goals, circumstances and needs.
