Personal Training is the ideal way to work on your skills and weaknesses and improve technique in specific areas for CrossFit. Get your first pull up, a PB Snatch, anything is possible with Personal Training.
Personal training is also a great way to get started working toward your health and fitness goals in a one on one or small group setting.
Cost is $75 for one hour for the first person, then half price for each person after that and is payable at the time of your session.
We also offer a 10 PT pack for $650. A great gift idea for some one in need of a lifestyle change but is nervous about joining in a group.
